A two-unit plan house, with cross-passage and a jetty over the street. Posts are jowled, the roof is complicated the addition of four gables. A sapwood estimate of 10-30 sapwood rings applied as 95% confidence limits has been applied. (D. H. Miles, 'The interpretation, presentation and use of tree-ring dates', VA 28 (1997), 40-56).
